There is a white female middle aged purple hair who works at this store and doesn’t greet the customers and just has a horrible I don’t want to be here and why are you here disposition. She has the same low energy vibe and attitude every time I’ve come in the store recently . I wish she would quit if she hates her job so much . The food is decent here but she is always in a bad mood and has terrible energy.
I MUST SAY I WALKED INTO THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TODAY. FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE LADY WITH THE PURPLE HAIR WAS THE BOMB!!! She greeted us with love and much respect. A few laughs in between preparing my food and a cry and hug before I walked out. Mr. Hero has ok food the lady with the purple hair made the experience worth it 🥰🦋💙
Crystal made the best sandwich I’ve ever had!

Mr. Hero offers delicious hot sandwiches like the Romanburger, crisp salads, and flavorful sides in generous portions with quality ingredients. Despite the lackluster decor, the staff is extremely nice and provides fast service. The food is hot and almost has the original flavors, although sometimes missing certain toppings. It's a satisfying choice for a meal, with fresh food made to order and friendly service.
