My son went to the kamms mr hero tonight and got us two medium romanburgers a large fry and two large cheese sauce i took a bite of mine and it wasnt even warm inside and looked the meat was actually pink and the bun wasnt even toasted so i called up there it was 8:30 pm the lady didnt speak english that well and i told her that can literally kill me since i have Chrons disease she said well you should of asked for it well done i said never in my life did i have to ask for well done there it should of been cooked all the way she said its on a timer so she said hurry we close at 9pm so come back up and we will throw the ones we took a bite of back on the grill furst off thats gross . I had my son take it all back and tell her i want a refund instead well at first she convinentley couldnt figure out how to refund so more time wasted then finally . I will be contacting the BBB tomorrow and he also saw a bug on his way out so i will never be going there again. The Mr Hero that us the best is the one on Lorain rd across from West 139th those guys are so nice and know what they are doing

I walked in and was greeted. Friendly , quick service, enjoyed every bite. If you have a time restraint this is the perfect lunch place to eat. It also has a tv which makes it comfortable also.

This shop doesn't like to honor tthey advertise on their own window. Getting the $8.99 deal with some $1 cheese sauce suddenly costs $11.99. Getting a two sandwhich discount deal will cost base price at the register. Anyone that notices has to agree their case, and anyone that doesn't notice gets ripped off

Food was good but the place is slowly falling apart. The TV on the wall has been broken for over 2 years, the security camera hasn’t been working longer than that and they have a $2. Cheap piece of plastic still up from the Covid days which makes it hard to make a transaction. They also have a giant tip jar blocking the area and the owner talks non stop on his phone via Bluetooth talking in a foreign language which isn’t professional at all. Sadly, the don’t put a cent back into the store since it opened.
