This is the cleanest Mr. Hero I have ever seen. We come in here at least once a week and the food is always hot and delicious, and the vegetables are always nice and fresh! Love this place!

Went in with over 30 minutes left before the store closed. I was informed when I placed my order that there was no cheese sauce available " since we close soon". I even asked if I could just have it in a cup and I would just heat it up at home. I was told " no" as he smiled ( which tells me he didn't want me placing and order in the first place). I will no longer patronize this location. Which I used to frequent at around the same time with ZERO issues getting what I wanted ( the ladies working are very friendly and didn't make me feel like i was putting them out by ordering ). Curious as to how much money this place loses at night with this young man running it since apparently you can't get what you want after 8pm.
Hand to God I have no reason to lie. Today I bought a 7inch chicken Philly from here. They cut it in half. Once I bit into the 2nd half of the sandwich I almost bit into a rusty nail that was in the sandwich's first bite. I was so mad cause that nail could have injured me if not kill me if I didnt catch it in time. So I drove back to the restaurant and I showed them the proof and right away they said " the food is packaged before they put it on the grill and they are like we always wear gloves" and I'm like regardless it happened and it never should have. Please be aware of the food from here before you bite into it.

I called in my order. When I got home to open the order the bread was burnt I mean to the point that the edges were black and the remainder was hard as hell. I counted 8 fries and they weren’t full pieces and a half of cheese dip. Bad service. Open your order before leaving the place or simply save the trouble and go to another Mr hero’s. I won’t be going back
