The roman burger was very nasty, the cheese steak, didn't have everything on it. Fries fried was nasty. 35.00 I wasted. Never come again. Need help

Disappointed in the new Rock'n Reuben. Much smaller and much less filling than the picture and for over $4. Staff is nice.

I ordered my food online was ready at 6:41 I went in at 6:42 no one said Hi I was handed my bag and the worker went to the back I waited since she never have me my drink up once she did that I get to the car my fries are cold my cheese sauce is also cold so now I'm upset I drove from the East side of Cleveland get home and my sandwich has onions i said no onions and it taste burnt all for $13 guess next time I'll eat from one of the other food places around Ridge road
