I had a cheesesteak BTE and I asked that they not put a whole gob of onions on it and they did exactly as I asked...and it was DELICIOUS! The best cheesesteak I have had in a while, mainly becuz it wasnt drowning in grease. Please keep listening to your customers & making delicious food!!! I will definitely eat here again☺️

I will not be back because i asked for a cup of ice after I ordered my meal and the hesitation to give me a cup was ridiculous. I asked the cashier and she never gave me one. When I get my meal I ask again for a cup for ice. The worker tried to give me a little foam dollar tree cup. I never order fountain drinks because I simply don’t like the taste. I had my own bottled drink instead and it wasn’t cold. I don’t know if he thought I was trying to get a free drink. I had to show him I had my own drink then he gave me a Mr. Hero cup with a lid. This is the 2nd Mr. Hero that treated me poorly. I won’t ever eat from any Mr. Hero again. McDonald’s treat me better and it’s cheaper. These people are not friendly. I felt like a number $$ instead of a respected customer.

It's my usual stop. Placed an online order to take with me to work. Just sat down to eat and bit right into the bread bag plastic tie. The little clip for holding the bread closed. Not cool could have choked. Called and was told to take it back for a new sandwich. No thanks, not eating here again.

Mr. Hero is an Ohio gem that the majority of the US is missing out on. I have friends from around the US that come to visit and are amazed by the Romanburger. Needless to say - Mr Hero Brookpark Road (by Broadview) always do what it takes to make top notch sandwiches. If you want delicious Mr Heros in a nice clean environment then this is the Mr Hero for you. Nine years. I have been going to this Mr Hero for nine years. I now run sandwiches out of state to my parents whom still love Romanburgers!
