This Mr. Hero’s gets a full 5 stars from me. They always make the food fresh whether I’ve gone in person or ordered through DoorDash. Sure, it can be a little pricey, but what fast food place isn’t these days? If I’m spending extra, I’d rather do it somewhere that serves higher quality meat instead of the mystery meat other spots use. Definitely recommend eating here.

Great location right in the corner of a shopping Plaza easy on and off the highway access. Great employee at the register very polite. Food was excellent I drove 2 hours for this restaurant and was worth every bite. Ty for the great experience. Roman burger b.t.e. with raspberry Chipotle seasoning on top of the bread it's a must have

I have never heard of Mr Hero before as I am from Michigan. This particular store is a Ten star store. The service was extremely friendly and fast. And the food was AMAZING. It was an absolute pleasure dining at your establishment.

My Favorite Mr. Hero they have the best tasting food..
I had a cheesesteak BTE and I asked that they not put a whole gob of onions on it and they did exactly as I asked...and it was DELICIOUS! The best cheesesteak I have had in a while, mainly becuz it wasnt drowning in grease. Please keep listening to your customers & making delicious food!!! I will definitely eat here again☺️

I will not be back because i asked for a cup of ice after I ordered my meal and the hesitation to give me a cup was ridiculous. I asked the cashier and she never gave me one. When I get my meal I ask again for a cup for ice. The worker tried to give me a little foam dollar tree cup. I never order fountain drinks because I simply don’t like the taste. I had my own bottled drink instead and it wasn’t cold. I don’t know if he thought I was trying to get a free drink. I had to show him I had my own drink then he gave me a Mr. Hero cup with a lid. This is the 2nd Mr. Hero that treated me poorly. I won’t ever eat from any Mr. Hero again. McDonald’s treat me better and it’s cheaper. These people are not friendly. I felt like a number $$ instead of a respected customer.
