The food looks good. It doesn't taste like it looks, out of 7 dishes ordered yesterday at our table, 2 were enjoyed. With an almost-empty restaurant, it took almost 20 minutes for us to get a table. The service was good once we were seated. But then we went to wash up and saw the state of the bathroom, pictures of which I have included here. Overall, we have no interest in returning.

We had lunch here yesterday and I have to say it's one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Adian was our server and he was the worst. We sat for almost 20 minutes before we were even greeted. I had to talk to the manager first. It was another 15 minutes before our drinks arrived. I had to ask for them. He literally threw the chips on the table and we never did get any salsa for them. The food was delivered by another server and Adian never once checked on us to see how things were. I had to ask for the check and when he brought it over, he dropped it without a word. No plates were cleaned off the table. We will never go back.

The food was nothing special—just salty without much of an authentic Mexican taste. But what really left a bad impression was the restaurant’s attitude. It was an extremely hot day, yet we were seated in the sun even though there were plenty of shaded tables available. When we asked to move, they told us all the shaded tables were reserved. That made no sense—walk-ins were able to choose their seats, and most of those tables remained empty for the entire time we were there. I couldn’t help but wonder if this was discrimination.

We visited Neovo before the Morgan Wallen concert, and I have to say—the place is beautiful, and the staff remained attentive despite being extremely busy. The Al Pastor and Chimichangas were delicious. A must visit.
A huge shout-out to the two gentlemen patrons, the staff and manager who immediately sprang into action when a customer went into full cardiac arrest. True Good Samaritans. And to the yacht from the Harbor Club that selflessly handed over their AED—you may never know the impact of that act.

The host and hostess were very rude. We asked for a table close to the harbor and was told that there weren’t any because they were full or needed cleaned. We asked if we could have one cleaned and it was if we were a burden. We saw the two hosts talking negatively about us in front of us. We were finally seated after quite some time. The server was much better, however during the dinner we noticed several tables who had been there longer and waited for a an hour for their food. Our food actually came before another table that was there prior. Overall the experience was off putting from the time we walked in. We just weren’t welcomed from the start of the experience.

I was so disappointed in this restaurant. The host/hostesses were rude, the service was slow and the food was horrible. Our waitress was kind and the view on the water is nice.

The place itself is lovely and well-positioned. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. I ordered a chimichanga that was just okay, but most of my guests regretted their meals. Such a shame, because the setting is amazing. First and last time for me.

Food and service was good. Restaurant was very busy, we went on a Saturday evening. Nice crowd and not too long of a wait.

We came all of the way from Kentucky to Cleveland and got the pinto beans and jalapeño corn muffins. They were both delicious! I love the fact that they have so many gluten free options. I was able to have corn muffins for the first time in a long time! After lunch we walked the harbor. Great atmosphere!

We had Rory as our server tonight and she was awesome. My entire family and I loved her. If we lived in the city we’d come back just for her. Cheers!
