The worst ever food I tasted. We recently catered through them in our non profit organization in Solon OH. The dishes, mooglai chicken was the worst. They made it like they just want to make money and totally compromise the taste and quality. We also has mutton biriyani and chicken-65, both of them are low graded in terms of taste and quality. Rahul please look into this, your catered food are worst.

I went in today with my friend and our server Mahamad W was such a sweetie. He was very attentive and recommended a few dishes on the menu. We will definitely be back and hopefully that cutie is our server!

I ordered chicken FRIED rice not noodles. Why did you guys send me the wrong item it's easy to read if you dont have the item you could've called me atleast.

Paradise Restaurant in Cleveland was an utterly frustrating experience. The front staff were incredibly rude and arrogant, barely responding to us and making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Despite clearly requesting very spicy dishes, the food was disappointingly bland, lacking flavor and completely ignoring our preferences. The overall quality of the meal was poor, with no effort to redeem the experience. Terrible service, dismissive staff, and substandard food make this place a complete letdown. Save your money and avoid Paradise at all costs.

If you want burnt food and same biryani rice for every variety of special biryani, come here. They are very good at it

Quantity of the food for the price is very less.
It will be better if they match the food quantity according to the price.

Food was great! However, when I placed the order for pick up, it said it would be ready by 5:33pm ET. It is now 6:03pm ET, the food is still not ready.

Also had trouble finding it. Outside the building, there were no signs indicating the pick up point was Paradise Biryani. Turned out this was a dedicated pickup spot, not a restaurant.

There are minimal instructions when you order, so I had to figure this out on my own, and call a number to be served.

We placed the order at noon and waited over an hour at the pick up location with no one picking up the phone listed on the receipt and no contact from the restaurant despite multiple voicemails. We also contacted the number the restaurant had listed in other reviews below, and they also did not respond. We gave up after a hour and never received any food. More than a day has passed since and still no contact from this restaurant, and I plan on disputing the charges on my credit card. Do not order from this location if you actually want to receive food.

Terrible service. Ordered food and received an email it would be ready in 30 minutes. 1.5 hours later and the food was not available. No answer over the phone or anyone available at the food hub to contact. I had to leave without my order. I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again. This place used to be excellent.

Service nothing short of abhorrent, but the goat chettinad just diff cant possibly rate lower than 5 stars unfortunately
