It was a nice experience. I've never been there when it was very busy, so I don't know about that scene. When I've been there the service is solid and there isn't the bar staff drama that can be annoying.

Parnell's is a great lil Irish Pub rights in the heart of downtown Cleveland. It has a traditional pub atmosphere and really cold, great-tasting Guinness. It's a must see in the CLE!
