Eventually they ask if I was picking up name was provide service with smooth, polite, quick efficient! This is the best Penn station location that I’ve been to. I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always perfect. There is a blonde lady who seems to be running the line here and she’s always in charge and clearly working very hard to keep everything running smoothly. I’m pretty sure she’s the reason that this place is so great. I have a location about 5 minutes from my house, but I would travel 25 to get this level of service. No complaints.
