When we arrived, the hostess wasn’t welcoming and didn’t greet us. She sat us at a table that wouldn’t work for my guest, and when I asked for a booth, she wasn’t willing to accommodate at all. No wait time was offered, and the staff showed zero customer service. When we decided to leave, one of the employees even said “bye” in a rude, condescending way. As a local who has spent plenty of money here over the years, this was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning. I’ll happily spend my money at the competition down the street where they actually know how to treat customers.

A nice restaurant in the Italian mode. The food is good, the pizzas the same.
The house wine is prperly selected, very good and not expensive.

We're new in the area and happy we found Pizzazz. We've been there about six times and enjoyed it every time. I've had the pasta a couple of times and love it that they don't mind special orders, they actually put all the combinations on the menu! The pizza is good and the appetizers are usually fantastic. Even taco Tuesday is a blast and one of my favorites.

Pizza was delicious and so was the salmon salad staff could not be more courteous in helping me and other customers.

My last visit this week I was incredibly disappointed to see prices went up AGAIN ….$7, $7!! for some lettuce and cheese? And it’s just white iceberg lettuce, not even good green lettuce! And $12 for a small cheese pizza with 4 slices smaller than your hand. Quality has gone down while prices go up…Priced me out, will not be returning alone. Sad because I’ve been going here for almost 30 years

Just ordered a burger and fries for lunch… but both were a step up! Burger was thick and juicy! Service was excellent - both getting seated and food service - even though they were really busy and packed with a lunch crowd.

This is a great place to sit down with your family and friends and enjoy a pizza together. They have a nice selection of sauces, including spicy. If someone doesn't like pizza, there are other Italian dishes for them to enjoy.

My boyfriend and I visited around 7pm Monday. We got mild wings and a large pie (with chicken sausage, pineapple and banana peppers on it). The wings were a 7.5/10, they were cooked perfectly but could use more seasoning. The pizza was a 10/10, the dough was soft with a crispy crust and had a solid ratio of ingredients. Also, just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Our server was Griff and he made the dining experience very pleasant. Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff, quick service and a calming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place!
