Saturday afternoon before Easter. The restaurant was empty, it took about 25 minutes to be seated. From time we walked It took 45 minutes to be served our appetizer. The service and food for me are below par. Tho I’ll state I am used to authentic Italian food….Based on the reviews this place had I was expecting an absolutely delicious pizza or chicken Parmesan.. And I’m disappointed. I would I’ve ever eaten their sauce taste a little bit watery. I will say the calamari is decent not a fan too much of the breading.

The food is great. The problem is that there are some very unhealthy unsanitary issues going on, which would cause a circumstance of no return. I observed twice now in two different days. The guy at the salad bar who makes the salads, feeding his mouth with pieces of chicken, touching his lips at the same time and then continue making the process of the food. Everybody knows that people take their cell phones in restrooms with them and yet he’s making salads Consistently looking at his cell phone, and lastly, which I observe is when you use your saliva to open up plastic bags, but then touch food at the same process that’s very unhealthy and unsanitary needs to be resolved try looking for a customer service number, but found none

I am definitely going back for anyone pie soon!Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian selections. Especially with the pizzas.Parking: Lots of parking in the back, and wheelchair win the front.Kid-friendliness: I saw several families with children. This is a good alternative to Geraci's where we never find the food to be outstanding. Pizzaz has very good food, friendly and accommodating wait staff, and nice surroundings. We don't eat out often but when we do Pizzazz is always on the short list.

You can most definitely tell this place struggles with diversity.I come here often with my older uncle. The pasta is good.. the complimentary bread is awesome I ask for more everytime.It's a dining area and on the other side of the restaurant it's the bar and more single seating.

Awful experience, our all orders were messed up. The simple order of our salad, soup, and pizza! How could you mess all 5 dishes! Cold soup, toppings and pizza sauce wasn’t what we ordered, waitress also was not paying attention what we ordered.

Travelling in Cleveland for pleasure. Was looking for a famous USA ice-cream shop that we lack in Canada and came upon this lovely gem next door. Definitely at the top of my list for fresh handmade pizza. I kept it simple with a small pepperoni and mushroom and my lady had a spinach calzone. I can say on her behalf that she loved it.I made one request of the staff. To open one closer to my home. This is excellent pizza. I envy those that are within reach of it. I hope my travels take me back this way.
