Ordered online just to recieve only half of my order, the other half was missing and none of the sauces were included. It's not difficult to provide the food someone is giving you their money for. You had one job.

Very poor customer service. The cook does not know how to talk to customers; he was very rude, mean, and verbally aggressive and. The manager never corrected the cooks behavior towards me, instead she enabled his bad behavior. The cook made me so uncomfortable, that now I never want to come here again.

The manager would not accommodate me in any way when I told her the chicken legs tasted and smelled spoiled. The manager also made it so, I never want to come here again. The manager refused to give me back any of my money or give me other items to make it right.

The cook said I was crazy for waiting 45 minutes to come and let them know there was issues with my food; this was lie as it had not been 45 minutes.
The manager even said because I came in after 45 minutes I couldn’t be accommodated for spoiled chicken.

Then I asked her about speaking to corporate and she gave me the wrong website to go to. Thankfully I was able to figure out how to submit a complaint and receive accommodation via the Popeyes App and website. Never go here unless you want to be treated horribly.

Came in at 6:50 and was told they weren’t taking inside orders—only DoorDash—so I had to use the drive-thru. Still waited forever for my food while employees were on their phones and the place looked fully staffed. This is the second issue in two weeks. I’m done with this location. Hopefully they get it together.

I came in to order two 16 piece family meals and one 10 piece meals I come to the register and a young lady greet me and take my order and tells me she will make shore everything is fresh I say ok and move to the side
Then two young lady’s packs my very big order it was for a sudden sad situation for my family and they was very nice I can tell things have approved I asked the two young lady’s what’s their name and they told me was so sweet was Lauren and jamesha everything was packed and I did not have to ask for no condiments or anything
Good job you two needs a Christmas bonus

“I had a great experience at Popeye’s! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor — just the way it should be. The service was fast and friendly, and everyone working there did an excellent job making sure everything was right. You can really tell they care about their customers. I did the survey I went in to get a couple free pieces of chicken and a biscuit with a purchase of a large drink there are three of us together everything went smoothly a pleasant experience the workers were efficient and communicated well with each other our food was fresh and hot three of us was supposed to receive a biscuit but only one of us did but that's okay I'm not even mad It was free, free from doing the survey A good experience friendly workers leaves you little to complain about like I said I didn't even care about the biscuits because my experience was positive I wasn't going to eat it anyway so this restaurant on Euclid and Superior I truly recommend they are black workers who work hard communicate well and produce a good product thank you

I actually went kind of late at night, but I was in the drive thru forever. Terrible service, or should I say NO service at all. I eventually just left.

This Popeyes definitely deserve better then a 2.9 star rating! The staff were great! Everyone was nice! It was almost like the team was more like family! I was a little hesitant on ordering from this Popeyes because I never ate from here but I’m glad I did! Thank you to the staff that was here on shift around 5-6pm today they definitely will be seeing me again! Yall are really great and a good team! Keep up the good work! More restaurants need the customer service yall gave! And I would’ve posted my food but I devoured it lol
