Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

After visiting Agora Theater I thought we would get a quick bite to eat. I was told they ran my credit card and it was declined. They only take cash. Pretty sure they skimmed my card. Credit card company says never was ran. After knowing they were scamming me I drove off not giving them any cash and then had to freeze my credit card.

Door dashing i walked in everybody looks at you like your from a different world and dont say anything. People are ghetto as hell and loud. Walking around wearing scarfs they wear when they go to bed and there was only 2 people working. The rest of the crew sotting down not doing anything. No wonder nobody is in here smh

I'd give this review 0/5 stars if I could. I ordered food on their app and I got to this Popeye's being greeted with a locked door and a "we're closed today" sign. I don't mean to be a Karen, but I thought this was a business. How are they just going to abruptly close without giving out any prior notice?

I went in to my neighborhood Popeyes on Euclid in Euclid Ohio, in order to three-piece special for $5, this is what I got!

This place should just close down there not nice there food is never hot and they have incompetent people working it I'm never eating here again and I know they won't care if they lost a customer but when the chicken is cold the biscuits warm and the only thing that's hot is the pies something is wrong

This place is a joke! ....I went in to pick up an Uber eats order (8 sandwiches) there was no communication as to how long it would take I just waited patiently. After about 10min I ask how long would it be and nobody tried to find an answer one guy said "I couldn't tell you" I ask the girl was the chicken NOT ready or something she said "we have the chicken, he just haven't made the sandwiches". I'm just speechless at this point because those sandwiches have literally 2 ingredients THAT'S IT. It was unorganized as ever drive thru guy walking around not in his station unprofessional through the mic , manager not managing he's just quite the whole time, one girl cursing, another walks off to go outside it was unreal....I eventually just left it was too terrible to watch any longer. Not too mention the visit before this which went similar to this one only that night the manager was a woman and she was far from quite like this one, she was extremely rude but she did have better control over the flow of service, I do give her that. Only issue was when she said "I'm not giving orders unless y'all confirm" which is cool but it's how you say it, I told her I would when I got the orders because that's the only way I'll get paid! I didn't come in here to deal with this shut for free popeyes (what I was thinking). One ready she said again "did you confirm?" I LASHED BACK...Is it ready?! She said yes this one is yours right here (no drink). I told her "they have a coke " she asked someone to make it. Yes, she did all that! Do not go here unless you want your day ruined.

Very disgusting place. I waited for my order for more than 40 minutes and left without food. When I asked the staff about the time of readiness, they raised their voices. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place.
