Horrible waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for them to hand me the completely wrong order was the only one in the drive thru when placed the order how do you mess that up terrible service

One of the worst popeyes around the area. They never seem to get the order right. Food is never fresh. Expensive for what it is.

Ordered 2 breast, got a thigh and drumstick. Ordered 2 strawberry cheese cakes, got two apple pies. Tried to order a chicken wrap, was told they had no chicken strips. Was told it would take 5 minutes for the order, took 15 minutes. Place is trash, I wont be back.

Very nice staff at nice came in late at 11:20pm on March 27th super friendly and understanding ! Give these people a raise or recognition very nice young lady at the speaker and young man working late night

I walked up when the restaurant first opened . The out side door and glass as well windows. Were complete nasty, dirty. I took a napkin from my bag opened the door. The manager was mean mugging all the customers and looking at everyone with an attitude. I smiled at her and she did not smile back. She needs to quit if she hates her job so much or go clean the doors as well the window. Just sad

They open at 1030 AM. I go in at 1040. Woman says 10 minutes for a sandwich which is fine. Then some guy comes over and tells her it wont be for another 30-40 minutes for a sandwich. They were open and couldn't even make me chicken sandwich.
