I arrived at this location to purchase a large mashed potatoes. One of the entry doors were locked the other open. I went into the open entry where a child was running around the franchised unsupervised with coloring items and chicken my assumption he was an employees child. I was rudely greeted by what seemed to be the supervisor due to the color shirt not matching the other staffs with a very old cold tooth. Who yelled out I’m not taking dining room orders. I simply didn’t understand you have old chicken already cooked why is it taking you so long the line is out of the driveway. I simply asked is the machine down I would just like one thing. She stated I don’t care what you want I’m not taking no orders in here, there is not enough of us. I simply looked at the 5 staff that were behind the counter and proceeded to walk out. Wow is all I can say. Don’t come to work if you hate it. Your life decisions landed you there at 60years old ma’am these franchises are going down the drain due to staff such as her. I will never return to another Popeyes in this lifetime.

I walk in they was only doing on line orders and and pick orders i don't have a car so was so glad they wrnt ahead and took my order was so happy 4 that because i was hungry?it was fresh chicken they wrre polite about it i was ? surprised by it.

We stopped to try there wings . We drove my willoughby hills Ohio. We arrived at approximately 11:05 . Walked in we stayed at line for 22 min . No service. No customers ahead of me only 2 cars in drive through. We decided to walk out of the store without ordering any food . It is completely racist place.
This popeys has gotten way better fresh chicken and clean establishment I will be back

If the City of Euclid wants to do anything and I mean anything at all to make the city better PLEASE shut this establishment down! Please and thank you. I don't think they should qualify as a restaurant and they serve pure squalor. Sir who stopped by tonight in the black pick up truck around 8pm on Sunday April 7, they talked about you like a dog and nobody wanted to bring you your food which is why you sat there so long. I would never ever frequent this disgusting dump again. And 7 employees walking around the store cussing, walking in circles, not even attempting to assist customers does not qualify as a restaurant. To the owner, I hope they shut your trifling, pilfering asx down once and for all! The 1 star represents -5 stars.
