The Prestis I remember is from 1987 it was known as Prestis Donuts. It was located further down, a corner shop that remained open 25/7, the reason being… the shop had no doors to lock. Yes, it was a donut shop (I think cannolis too) and not a sit down place. Best donuts in Cleveland, be it 2 AM or 2 PM.
Ah! Sweet memories come flooding…

Cannolis are the BEST I've ever had!! 5 stars for the cannolis and the italian bread its so light and velvety! Everything else was just meh. We ordered sliced pizza which was cold and felt like it had been sitting out all day, plus the sauce was do sweet it was like eating ketchup. The sub sandwich was ok but not work $11. We waited for over an hour to get our order in only to got mediocre food and cookies. The cookies certainly look pretty but have very little flavor. If you go here I recommend the Cannoli and the Italian bread everything else they can keep.

This bakery was recommended to me and I was very excited to stop by while in the area. I unfortunately am hesitant to return after experiencing the service. The worker that served me was extremely rude and made the experience very uncomfortable. The bakery items that I did get were very good, but I was disappointed to find paid for items missing from my bag. Simply being kind to customers could make this place 5 stars no doubt.

I am throughly disappointed with this place. We stopped for lunch and were served ice cold stale pizza, and the desserts we got tasted freezer burnt. The lobster tale was stale and the tiny cheesecake had dirty fruit on top, and was hard around the edges as if it had been sitting a long time. Won't be going here ever agian!! Really disappointed, I heard good things about this place! No thank you!

We were actually there on a Saturday night after Halloween 2025. The store was very crowded and from what I understand that's typical for a Saturday night. The bakery case looked very clean and organized and the staff was polite and expedient.

We are Italian and I was excited to taste their sfogliatelli, but the only thing I found were the lobster tails which looked similar, but they were filled with some sort of Amaretto filling, which is not the same as sfogliatelli. When I inquired, they said they were out of them for that day, which I understand they were quite busy and I'm sure lots of people buy them. When I inquired about their small cookies, I was told that they are $22.99/ lb. Since I've never had their cookies I thought I would try just one of each of the ones that I like, so I chose the lemon biscotti, the Ricotta cookie, and the lemon bar. To my surprise the lemon biscotti had no flavor of lemon so I had to go back to the counter and look at the label to see if it actually did say lemon, and it did. I will say though it was a tender cookie which I like, but it was lacking flavor. The ricotta cookie was dence and didn't have much of any flavor either, but the icing was nice. The lemon bar did have real whipped cream on top which I appreciated and that was good, however there was barely a taste of lemon in the lemon bar which was truly disappointing. As for me, I would like to go back and try their sfogliatelli one day, but as far as those cookies I would not be ordering them again.

Visited twice recently. Waited on by the same young man who messed up my order both times. Just a case of not paying attention.

Always love coming here for inexpensive lunch and the pastries are great. I love the spinach bread. Staff is friendly. My one gripe is there are no prices anywhere! This would make ordering a lot easier. :-)

Delicious selection of pastries. Breakfast selection looked fabulous, but way too big for my solo visit.

I grew up near the best Italian pastry place in New York City (Veniero's). The quality here at Presti's is just as good. The cannolis might even be better! So good! Highly recommend the sfogliatelle if you want to try something new.
