A much needed infusion of Latin American spice to the Tremont fringe, and Cleveland as a whole. This new project space/neighborhood hangout/lunchtime hanger cure run by the Hispanic Business Center is part of an incubator for local Hispanic start-ups that is open to the entire community. Don't let the security bars over the door fool you.
