Everyone here is very nice and friendly. It is a bit confusing when you walk in so let me explain. It is several business operating out of one space, which i didn't really understand from the yelp listing (unless i just didn't read well). The food business serves mainly sandwiches heavy on the meat. I order an egg sandwich that was huge and tasted good. Nothing to seriously write home about. The cafe was sooooo good. The coffee was perfect and I had the milk cake (i don't know the proper name...lol) and it was so freaking delicious. I definitely recommend going in for a coffee break. The Idea of a shared space is great though. It gives you ohio city galley vibes but with some flavor...lol

Super friendly staff. Excellent triple sandwich. So much tasty pork, ham, and chicken. Tasty cupcakes. Enjoyed a guava and a coco. Nice stop for a quick bite to eat.

So I Googled this quiet little gem of a coffee shop just around the corner from where I'm working for a few weeks. As soon as my friend and I walked in we realized that this is the goto place. A Latino American coffee shop that serves lunch and business needs. It has the feeling of a neighborhood social area that serves the needs of the community. With Lola as Barista, Haguit at the food counter and Jeanetto at the draft design counter. This place would suit perfectly for a business lunch area as well as a hangout when you want to get away.

A much needed infusion of Latin American spice to the Tremont fringe, and Cleveland as a whole. This new project space/neighborhood hangout/lunchtime hanger cure run by the Hispanic Business Center is part of an incubator for local Hispanic start-ups that is open to the entire community. Don't let the security bars over the door fool you. I like the food hall atmosphere that's more and more popular nowadays, and while Las Tienditas doesn't have the prime retail space of Ohio City Galley or flashy signage, it's got character and soul to make up for it. How can you not be uplifted by the cheerful Latin American music playing through the speakers? As Georgina G. mentions, parking on the residential street right off W 25th was easy to find. Unfortunately, the business hours make it difficult for anyone but locals and people who work in the area to visit except on Saturdays. Las Tienditas itself has a pretty open floor plan, a central room filled with seven good sized tables and a small stage-like area against a wall. And a COUCH. Everything is open, communal, familia-oriented. Let your kids run free. The first round of businesses to occupy the space are Cafe Social Latinoamericano, Pura Cepa, and Ortiz Art Drafts Designs. All the business owners are extraordinarily friendly, hardworking, and bilingual - fear not if you don't know any Spanish beyond "gracias"! At Cafe Social, you'll get caffeine and delicious pasteles served on beautiful hand-crafted ceramics. My Latte was nothing special (perhaps a little too milky), but the Pastel de Parchita (passionfruit) was yummy. Pura Ceda is a one-woman show of Puerto Rican comfort food, mainly soups and sandwiches. I would highly recommend any soup that owner/chef Haguit Marrero makes, it'll make your Cleveland winter that much more bearable. I didn't get much time to browse the Ortiz Art store, but they had some cool snapback hats and other apparel on display. For me, coffee and tables instantly make me want to park my butt down and camp for a while, and luckily the building has free Wi-Fi to support my cafe nomad lifestyle. There aren't many outlets around (unless you want to sit on the stage), so make sure you have enough battery to last or bring an external battery. I'm looking forward to seeing these businesses grow and for future events at Las Tienditas!

A hidden gem! The coffee at cafe social is amazing! They have a great selection of Latin American coffee brews and even some tea selections. While you're waiting for your coffee you can slide over to Pura Cepa for a snack and let me tell you!!!! They're amazing! I had the "cubano" sandwich and I highly recommend it. The place its self is hidden on the less busy side of West 25th Street. The area is quiet and usually has a good amount of street parking available. The only downfalls I encountered was the temperature was a bit cold in the building.
