I’ve visited this location multiple times and ordered the same thing: 2 chili dogs, which according to the menu should be priced at $4.50. But on three separate occasions, I was charged $6.50 instead. It wasn’t until the third visit that I caught the mistake and decided to bring it up.
When I returned to address the issue, I wasn’t met with concern or apology—just a flat refund of $1.81, which didn’t even cover the full difference across the three visits. It felt dismissive, and there was no effort to explain or fix the pricing error.
⚠️ If you're going to dine here, double-check your receipt. Mistakes happen, sure—but three times in a row without a proper resolution starts to feel deliberate.
Don't bother with the call center respons, that's embarrassing in itself.

Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎

My family is sick from eating burgers and fries last night.
Update: Was contacted about my experience by the district manager. It does change my opinion on the restaurant that they really wanted to figure out what went wrong with our meals that day.

Me and the whole family got sick from eating here the other night I had diarrhea. They were vomiting and had cramping stomachs so just be careful.
Update; district manager followed up with us. She was very kind and empathetic to the situation. It definitely means something to me that they reached out to connect and see if there was something they could do to make it better.

I’ve been going to this location for years without an issue. We ordered some food for delivery and when it arrived the pies had very distinct bites taking out of both of them. Bag was sealed so it wasn’t the delivery driver, it was some disgusting person that works there. Needless to say we are done with Rally’s.
