I visited the location recently because my wife and I were hungry. We had a water damage to her home and the repairs took all day to get done. We were hungry. We decided to try Rally's. Not only were the prices pretty decent. The food quality was great and a professionalism with spot on. I've worked in the food industry before and I know how hard a job can be. Thank you rallies for being able to tackle not only my meal but also keeping up with the long line that you had through your drive-thru. It's a tough job and you tackled it head-on and Concord. You'll definitely be seeing me visiting your location again. Thank you from an honorably discharged US military veteran.

Waited 30 mins in line for them to mess up everything but 2 sandwiches 8 burgers were wrong instead of making my order over the 2 that were right were ice cold fries were ice cold and had hair in multiple burgers the service at this location is garbage it's supposed to be fast food I should not have had to wait 40 minutes for my food and then for most of it to be ice cold when I got it was a huge let down

I just came here for dinner and they got most of the order wrong and got barely if my houses food. We only got one persons food and not all 5 people’s and the robot that manages it clearly did not did well. Once I went back here to correct them they said that the chicken bites were still being made and it took 20 minutes to actually get the rest of the order.
