How lazy has this world become...speaking with A.I., to order my food when there are people inside. Food was luke warm except the fries. Ice cream and shake machines down. I had funnel cake fries mixed in with my season fries. I can't see myself ever going back to a Rallys or Checkers franchise.

Ordered through the app for delivery my BBQ sauce was missing a few chicken and fries were missing and my fully loaded frie was opened like someone was eating them and they refused to replace it or give me a refund

I’ve visited this location multiple times and ordered the same thing: 2 chili dogs, which according to the menu should be priced at $4.50. But on three separate occasions, I was charged $6.50 instead. It wasn’t until the third visit that I caught the mistake and decided to bring it up.
When I returned to address the issue, I wasn’t met with concern or apology—just a flat refund of $1.81, which didn’t even cover the full difference across the three visits. It felt dismissive, and there was no effort to explain or fix the pricing error.
⚠️ If you're going to dine here, double-check your receipt. Mistakes happen, sure—but three times in a row without a proper resolution starts to feel deliberate.
Don't bother with the call center respons, that's embarrassing in itself.

I was confused by the robot taking orders, and the cashier at the window wasn't very friendly.
Had multiple orders messed up by this store. This restaurant used to be good but has gone down hill hard. Went from a regular customer to not ordering from here anymore.

Really like rallys and the location of this particular restaurant is super convenient right by the highway so it's easy to find and get too and the good is really good for a fast food restaurant and you can't beat the value of their 4 dollar meal deal that comes with a hot apple pie for dessert and the fries are a seasoned fry and really tasty with a decent crunch to them and the burger is really good that comes with sweet pickles and onions so it's a very tasty burger as for the parking lot it sits right on the corner of brookpark road and pearl road so sorry accessible but the only thing about this place is the lot is on the small side so they do have some tight turns and only about 10 parking spots is the only downside but most of the business here is thru the drive thru but hey it's still a great spot to get you burger fix quickly I'll certainly will be back time and again😎

Update: Was contacted about my experience by the district manager. It does change my opinion on the restaurant that they really wanted to figure out what went wrong with our meals that day.
