Drive-thru order was taken by what seemed to be robot. Not able to add to order--robot didn't respond. Once I drove around to cashier, poor customer service--unpleasant, did not communicate. Seemed annoyed when I added fries. I thought I had to drive around to pick up window. Cashier seemed more annoyed. Broken glass all over lot. Fries were good but chili dog so so. I happen to like Rallys food, however I will never go back to that location. Staff needs better training.

I went to the walk-up window, and I'm really sorry that I did! It was SO dirty in there! I still got my funnel cake fries, because I really wanted them, but I definitely won't be back here. It took forever for me to get my order, and they were really greasy. I'm so sorry that I went here, it was just so nasty and a waste of my time and money.

I went to this location on my lunch break and the young lady appeared to have an attitude when I told her I would wait patiently until she got off the phone to take my order. She proceeded to say she can take my order while she holds a personal conversation. Very unprofessional and the waiting area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. If you don't like your job, find another to work for!

As a Dasher we don’t need attitude. 05/06/23 this woman was very disrespectful when I attempted to pick up an order. Apparently they did it have the order or it was picked up by another dasher either way the level of disrespect from the female associate was unacceptable.
Come here every so often to get food and I have to give a good rating because I can't remember anytime I had any issue with staff or food here . They usually got why they have on menu available more than I can say for some other restaurants in the area . So if you like rallys then this location is a good one to try.
