Rally's is a hit or miss. Drive-thru service can be robotic and unresponsive, leading to poor customer service experiences. The location might have broken glass in the lot. However, the fries are good, and some customers enjoy their food. The Parmesan chicken wings are fresh and tasty, but some find the price too high. Overall, Rally's might be worth a try if you're a fan of their menu items.
