They were very rude in the drive through. And as they were making our food they were rubbing they're face repeatedly without touching the sink once. And even at the pickup window they "chucked" the food to me as if I had done something wrong. Grease was all over the bagWill not be coming back.

This location is such a joke. They're never serving food whenever I go. Or they are only serving grub hub or door dash. This is supposed to be a drive through fast food service and they can barely operate their business on a rudimentary basic level. I'm surprised they are still in business or even make any money with how many times I have been told they arnt serving food or am turned away for whatever reason.

Got to the window after the long wait. Tell girl at window to read my order back. Everything sounds correct. She go gets my food and now I'm at home looking in my bag and she gives me everything I did not order. Never going again. Staff is either slow or just mentally challenged. food not cooked all the way. People don't ever go there. When I was at the window there on the inside discussing drugs and that's why my order wasn't right. Bunch of drug addicts on shift.

Absolutely horrible and incompetent service! Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches with cheese and bacon. Pretty simple. Was told it would be a 6 min wait only to wait for twenty minutes in the parking lot until I had to drive back through the drive thru and wait another 5 minutes for someone to even come to the window and look at me like I was crazy when I asked for my food, which sitting on the counter beside them. And then find out when I got home they couldn't even remember to put the bacon on them. Ridiculous
The service was good, but the actual food was terrible, chicken sandwich was so hard and cold, completely unedible.

This place have the best rally burgers in cleveland but they are lazy big time it's hard to buy food out of this store ..I always come by araund 3 to 4 and almost every time they are only doing door dash our movie orders.And the employee are out side seating under the tables smoking and on there phones but they cannot take care of the costumer...Like it's always same wen I come by it sucks that this happens I really like there food but services sucks big time
