Very rude and customer service was horrible. Being that I am a manager in the service industry, I have to say that the customer service was horrible. Cashier was very rude, and when I asked about a discrepancy in my order, she tried to argue with me, and when I said I'm not arguing with you back, she said good and slammed the window closed. Stopped in for a few of the popcorn chicken boxes and the food was hot and fresh. There was little to no wait! Stop on in for a quick bite!Kid-friendliness: Many items geared towards younger kids!

This place have the best rally burgers in cleveland but they are lazy big time it's hard to buy food out of this store ..I always come by araund 3 to 4 and almost every time they are only doing door dash our movie orders.And the employee are out side seating under the tables smoking and on there phones but they cannot take care of the costumer...Like it's always same wen I come by it sucks that this happens I really like there food but services sucks big time
