This Rally’s is terrible!!! The worst customer service, I have been trying to get lunch there for six weeks and every time I go to the drive-through they tell me I have to go inside to place an order! I asked her why I cannot place an order through the drive-through it has been like this for WEEKS!! She never answered my question she just said if I wanted to place an order through the drive-through I needed to come inside! My Buford is raw. This is horrible. Didn’t even get a receipt. Please cook the meat all the way. And fries always have a weird taste like they are double cooked. But my soda was refreshing. Sent pictures to corporate.
