Stopped in for the first time, ordered a marshmallow toasted something latte. I was concerned it would be too sweet however the girl behind the counter told me it wouldn't be because they only use 1 pump of the 2 flavors . It was perfect- great flavor and not too sweet, just like she said.I really appreciate their restraint with the sugar! Exactly what I want. I'll go back.

Ok, this is by far one of the cutest cafes I have ever been to and I've been to a LOT of cafes. The decorations are super eclectic and adorable, and there's so much space and seating. Got the seasonal love you a latte, and it's delicious. Would highly recommend coming if you're in the area. If I were in the area longer, I would definitely love to come here and study or just hang out with friends.

I wrote an honest review based off of my own experiences, and experiences of my coworkers (who I introduced to roasted). The owner has chosen to disregard and speak down on it. What the owner fails to realize is that I was a customer first. It’s a shame, what kept me coming back to roasted was the customer service of these individuals, and therefore , we developed a closer relationship. This friendship was the reason I continued to choose Roasted over places like Rising Star and Loop, which both have a higher espresso and drink quality.You failed to treat me, a customer, not a friend of your multiple employees, with respect.This is not retaliation as the review would have been made last week if that was the case. This review is something I felt necessary to do for the sake of truth. As you can see I have spoken with nothing but respect and grace.I pray you understand the bigger picture and put your ego on hold to ensure your business upholds the right values.
I started going to roasted this summer and enjoyed the customer service more than the actual coffee, so kept going.Sadly, in the last few weeks, I have seen and heard multiple examples from the owner and remaining employees that have convinced me this is no longer a place worth visiting. From no coffee being brewed and ready to order, condescension and attitude towards customers, to letting some employees continually slide vs firing others - Roasted has unfortunately proven to be a business lacking honor. Will be taking my dollars back to Loop and Rising Star.
