moved to the city this past year and this is by far one of my favorite coffee shops i’ve been too! the vibe is 10/10, only complaint is the 1 employee that i see regularly, i have seen her go from full on laughing chatting it up with her coworkers, to turn her face towards customers straight faced/rude tone order taking, i don’t expect everyone to be overly friendly but every time i’ve gone there she seems to make it a point to belittle any questions asked about the menu/coffee,...
The coffee & service here were absolutely wonderful. My mother and I were in from out of town and went both days we stayed in Cleveland, the staff was fun and helpful in giving recommendations for things to do in the area. Would absolutely return back in the future!
Been going to Roasted Tremont regularly for over a year now. The coffee/tea selection is amazing. They have seasonal specialty drinks, breakfast munchies, and smoothies. The staff has always been super welcoming, the atmosphere is inviting, and dog friendly.
