So I usually put a place like Romeo's in the fast food pizza category so for being fast food pizza I usually enjoy a good order from them.

Tuesday is bogo day if you order online only!!!!!The ranch, chicken, and onions on original crust is the best.It can be a little pricey but it is consistent food. They deliver and have their own vehicles that are wrapped with the Romeo logo so you have no questions as to who is pulling in your driveway.Staff is very nice. Take out or delivery only at this location.Don't forget the deal on Tuesday's!! BOGO-ONLINE ORDERS ONLY.

Good pizza and good service. Always our goto when we don't feel like cooking. Order online and it's ready in ~30 minutes, even on busy weekends.

My husband and I USED to order from this location, until there were 2 charges from the same day neither of us ordered in November, 2022. My husband stopped in and asked the manager who said their computer had been making errors since June and that's what it was. She said this with a nasty attitude. He tried to get a refund from the bank, but was denied. We plan on fighting this further since we PAY for what we buy and nothing more. So far no false charges on my online account. Be careful when ordering and check card charges.

I paid $15.99 for a large pizza it did not look like a large pizza look like a medium Pizza. And also I paid $12.99 for 12 piece chicken wings and I only got eight piece what kind of business is this. The employee tell me if I want 12 piece I'll say yes when I got home I only got eight piece this place is too expensive it's not even worth it for that has should gone to Papa John's or other pizza place. I learned my lesson this is the first and last time I'm going there.

I love Romeo’s pizza. I just recently moved and this location is closer than the one I used to order from. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t seem to “have it together” like the others. But maybe that’s not fair. I wanted to leave a one star review. I changed it to 3 because it doesn’t feel fair to the employees.A month ago we ordered from this location. An hour later we called and they had yet to begin preparing our food.I ordered online today and this was the location Romeo’s website selected. I hesitated, almost changed the store to one further away… but then decided to give them another chance. It has currently been 1 hour 20 minutes and I’m waiting on hold. They just answered. They have yet to start making the food. Guy said they have 16 orders and 1 delivery driver. One guy making pizza. One delivery driver.Assuming the restaurant is really this busy that they cannot keep up with orders, this is not this restaurant’s fault (this location doesn’t own the website, I don’t know if these are franchises or what). This is a Romeo’s problem and speaks poorly for all Romeo’s locations. I understand it’s difficult to find drivers. What Romeo’s SHOULD be doing is updating their system.Inform your customers as to your current wait time BEFORE ordering. I can only assume there is some kind of algorithm for how Romeo’s determines the time it will take (time of day, number of orders, etc) for your food to arrive.Determine average time for pizza delivery. Determine how many pizzas can be delivered. Let your locations specify how many drivers are on the clock. If one driver can only deliver 4x per hour and there are 16 pizzas then you could easily calculate that my order could, realistically, take 4 hours to be delivered. When order delivery times are high, offer a coupon for pickup. “This location is experiencing long delivery times, rather than wait, why not pick it up yourself?” Normally you charge $3.99 delivery fee. Offer me $3.99 off to come pick it up. You might just convert me to a takeout customer.I feel bad for the employees because there’s nothing they can do. They seriously are trying hard to get everything done. They even offered to pay for Uber to deliver my food.To the employees who work at this location: thank you, keep working hard and trying to do right by your customers. Thanks for the food. I hope the situation improves. I can only imagine how frustrating it is having to deal with customers when they’re hungry and angry.

Horrible place to order food from off 3rd party apps. They do not check for names or nothing. They just hand out orders to whoever. someone needs to straighten up this place for real

My department has been sampling different pizza places over the past few weeks. We finally landed on Romeo's. I ordered a cheese gluten free crust (which isn't available at every location so we had to drive like 10 min further but my team didn't hesitate) to test the most basic. The online ordering capabilities make it really easy to preorder so we've gotten the order out of the way before they even open so it's easier to coordinate with the team. But even though we ordered at 11:30 today after they opened, we still had pizza in less than 45 min ready and waiting so their team is definitely on the ball. And the site said 30 min minimum between ordering and readiness.I have to say, I was very pleasant surprised! The sauce is too sweet. I'm so tired of sweet tomato sauce BUT the gluten free crust was delicious! I don't know if they buy frozen or make it themselves b/c there's NO details on their website but it feels made on site. And more like a rice flour than a cauliflower crust, which they offer (the cauliflower) as a NON-gluten free option which truly confuses me but I'm not complaining b/c I hate cauliflower crust). I am happy I got it well done b/c it had a bit of a crunch to it which I enjoy and I think improves the flavor and strength of any gluten free crust... the crust was honestly my favorite part. So on par with Masters gluten free, except the sauce. I think I'll do light sauce next time. The rest of the team enjoyed the regular pizzas. I heard some complaints that though they ordered the Pepperoni Feast, the toppings fell short in quantities vs. what it looked like online. The larges were also small looking for larges. And they all found the sauce sweet as well. But they didn't hate it and it's high on the list since I'm able to eat there as well.Overall, we enjoyed it and we're willing to order again as a group. :) Mostly I just want the sauce to be a bit more tart. I don't need sour but I don't think sauce should be so close to candy-like. Though, honestly, theirs is NOT the sweetest sauce we've experienced. LOL
