Rusty Barrel Reviews
Service was awful. Waited 45 min before our order was even taken. Waitress kept passing our table and never looked at us. Asked her to check on an allergy when we first sat down. 45 min later we had to track her down to order and she said she still hadn’t checked on the allergy item. Proceeded to take 2 other tables orders that got there after us. Then waited an additional 45 min for our food. Food was good but the terrible service will make us never go back. Unfortunate.

Rusty Barrel is a cozy neighborhood spot known for its delicious home-cooked food. The restaurant offers a variety of options, with standouts including wings, mozzarella sticks, a turkey reuben, and a fish fry. For those seeking excitement, the Sweating Bullets wings are exceptionally spicy. Though it may look like a dive from the outside, the interior is pleasant and the drinks are cold. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, reminiscent of Boston's "Cheers," with warm service led by the owner. The decor is a bit dated, but it remains comfortable, with many tables and a fabulous jukebox. The place has ample seating, and there are two easily accessible doors, making it wheelchair friendly. Parking can be challenging, but there are spots at the back. Patty, the bartender, is a highlight, serving up cold drinks with a smile. Regular visitors praise the consistent good food and fast service, and many enjoy the lively environment despite outside construction. One suggestion for improvement is a bigger TV for sports games.
