I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the dining experience at Sazon Latino. As a lifelong resident City of Miami, I am deeply appreciative of the Cuban culinary heritage. Sazón Latino serves amazing, hearty plates with incredible flavor. The meat falls right off the bone, including fall off the bone chicken with a delicious sauce and very tender pork with crusty skin. The shredded beef with rice and beans is very delicious, with beef full of flavor and not too salty, paired with fluffy rice and the sweetness from plantains. Other menu items include sweet plantains, chicken empanadas, pork belly, yellow rice, black rice, and heavenly Yucca in a garlic sauce. The empanada is to die for, and everything is flavorful with textures spot on. The service and atmosphere are both amazing, and there is love in the food they cook. The kind staff is always willing to explain the foods. First-time visitors enjoy the Cuban cuisine, and the food makes guests feel like they are on vacation. Customers plan on coming back for more.
