HORRIBLE..!!!!Double cheeseburger was overcooked & crunchy..The bun was good & the fresh fries were greasy..If u are starving, get their over priced food $10 for a small double cheeseburger $4 for fries...but if u can avoid eating there...DO....u will thank me..

I'm glad there is restaurant open 24/7. I had never been to this location and didn't know what to expect. Now to my surprise the food was awesome; my new late night I want some breakfast spot.

Ordered French Fries and Burger . Burger wasn’t even cooked well, French Fries have been floating inside the nacho . One word dog food even better

I have visited Sidewalk Cafe previously. This was at their Painesville location. The Euclid location was very good.I had a patty melt and it awesome! Food served fresh and hot.Ready before quoted time. Like the order kiosk,but more personable if a server had waited on me.The lady who gave me my order was very friendly. I do appreciate good customer service. I will go back again.

The food and service were good as always. I love this homey place and have been eating here since 2002. The new hands free way was new but efficient. I was disappointed that the menu is now all a la cart, which is also new since the last time I visited. However, that will not stop us from going again. I will just be more mindful of the way I order.

Service is Slow slower slowest! There's always an issue with the order board. We sat at the drive thru window trying to place an order ...no one came ...the window was open but you couldn't see anyone inside. Finally my husband went inside and the order taker was sitting in the dinning area on her phone. Then we sat once again at the drive thru waiting on our order to be prepared after being told to pick it up at the drive thru even tho he ordered inside and paid...SMH. In case anyone was wondering we ordered a gyro and egg sandwich.
No breakfast served and it's 2:30 am. 8/4/2021I don't understand why they're open 24 hours. If paying with card. Gotta used GrubHub kiosk; then was told to go outside to drive thru window to pickup food. ??????????

Very nasty the gyro meat was Soo hard and looked as if it was cooked in the microwave the sauce smelled sour when I called to tell them he went on telling me he never had a complaint before and hung up on me never again I stopped goin here yrs ago because the pancakes tasted like Styrofoam and let's not start with how bad the cornbeef is I thought I would give them another try but I'm officially done with this place

I grew up in the city of Euclid over 20yrs ago and this place was a nice establishment. Over the years watching the community change, so has his customer service, the QUALITY of food, and especially the prices. I don't know where he think he is now with prices at 16.00 for a gyro breakfast, that comes with 5oz of meat. The eggs looked like scrambled yellow grits..seriously.You can't dine in, you can't use the bathroom, they have prepaid registers, it looks dirty and very unkept now. Its very clear now that he takes no pride in his establishment any longer or THIS COMMUNITY. I won't be back. Clean yourself up, Nick!!
