First and foremost I wanna say that the staff is GREAT and doing the best they can with what they have, however they have very little. Almost every time I go in to order something, regardless of what my order is, they’re out of something I requested. Today, it was 4 things! Whomever is in charge of ordering product needs to step their game up. The two baristas that helped me were so understanding and took excellent care of me but they shouldn’t be put in that position in the first place! Do better!

Come here all the time. I had place three orders exactly the same online for three days in a row. I went in this one time and ordered my same drink with no ice. They charged me an extra $1to fill my cup up saying “ if you were getting ice that’s the space we’d have to fill. “. I never get ice because I get the largest drink. I’m so dissatisfied and I truly believe they are pocketing customers money charging a fee to fill my cup. They wanted to fill it half way. Mind you.Update. Called Starbucks. This is a legit. New rule. Lmao. Eat the rich.

We shop at the target where this is located and usually get the kids a treat. Everyone here is so nice and love interacting with the kids. If it's a highlight for my kids it's a highlight for me. They are wonderful here.

They don’t sell decaf coffee. Ws told by barista this morning. Sucks for those that can’t do caffeine bc of medical conditions like me.
Couldn't get what I wanted and they only had one employee so had to wait forever. She was alright I guess, probably overwhelmed by being the only one there.

Coffee is full of sugar and waxy. Staff is always rushing you and not the most helpful, especially if you aren’t familiar with the Starbucks lingo.I just want a pumpkin cream cold brew that doesn’t have 1000grams of sugar in it. Which is totally possible. But you would never know it if all you drank was this trash. Do yourself a favor and check out a real coffee shop before Starbucks puts them all out of business.
