Starbucks downtown is a high tempo, well-staffed, and clean location with friendly service. It is accessible through parking garages and the convention center, making it convenient for Hilton guests. The staff is polite and quick even during busy times. A manager showed great customer service by giving a free venti drink to a customer who walked a long way in the cold. A service dog-friendly spot, although not wheelchair accessible from the street. Highly recommended to order ahead for a seamless experience.
