Rude employee…chastised me for not giving them enough time from placing my order to pick up. I placed it at 150th/I90…pickup said 5-8 min. Plenty of time! But real issue behind my complaint, she did this when there was no one in drive though line when we got there. No one pulling up behind me either. How about nicely acknowledging that order isn’t ready yet? Sure didn’t expect there to be no line in front of me but always...

I have skimmed some other reviews, and while others had a lot of negative things to say about the attitudes of staff at this location, I experienced the exact opposite. I went through the drive-thru for my iced coffee today and the lady working the window was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in a drive-thru. She was extremely polite, warm, and friendly. Kudos to her for being kind in a world that isn't always so. I only have one trivial complaint/suggestion,...
