First time here in Cleveland and all I can say is wow the team is amazing fast and friendly
I tried to contact customer service about this issue today but no one from the Starbucks company seems to want to respond to this NASTY issue!! If you drink the Strawberry Refresher from Starbucks PLEASE be careful. Once your drink is made please examine it closely before you sip. As you can see there is a dead insect in my drink and Starbucks could care less about this issue!! This situation happened at 3465 Steelyard Drive
