As a gold card member, I’m absolutely flabbergasted by the consistent lack of customer service at this location. The workers are incredibly rude, can’t make your drink correctly, and are nasty. I witnessed one worker playing his hair while making a sandwich, and touching it with the same hand he used in his hair, a worker tried to serve me a sandwich that had fallen on the floor, and another one was playing inside his pants while making drinks.
