Music was way to loud
Our party got 2 lattes and a green tea with strawberry puree. All were very good and the place was very cute.
I love how nice everyone is
Paid $15 for a matcha latte that tasted like water and an overpriced tiramisu cake — honestly, such a letdown. Expected better for that price. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT 👎🏻
Cool little coffee shop to stop in the AM and get a brew
Nice environment to enjoy a great drink or snack.
Amazing interior, good vibes, great coffee
Best latte I’ve ever had!!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!
Cozy little space with some unique drinks, lounging design like a hotel in smaller scale, wish this place was a little bigger, can only fit two small conference groups. Adding fire place would be nice

Good morning. I was in the coffee shop this morning around 9:45am-10:15ish and had a negative exchange with one of the employees that I would like to discuss with someone. My boyfriend and I have been coming in pretty frequently since August when we discovered the coffee shop while staying in a hotel downtown when the power went out for a number of days. The customer service has been great each time we came in with the exception of day.
When we came in this morning, there was a pretty decent line, which isn’t unusual for the time and day of the coffee shop. When it was our time to order our drinks, the person at the counter didn’t greet us, but just stared at us until we awkwardly made our drink orders. When I received my gingerbread Chai, it tasted completely different than it did on Thursday when we were in. I was made aware a few months ago that one of the employees makes the in-house chai and that sometimes when they run out they have to use a store-bought one, which is normally fine for me. Today’s drink though had so much spice and sweetener that I was unable to actually drink it. I waited back in line and when I got back to the counter-person, I had explained that it tastes different than Thursday and that I’m unable to drink it because of how much spice and sweetener was in it. She scoffed (literally) and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if it could be remade. She again mentioned that they were out of the house-made Chai and that they wouldn’t remake the drink. I told her that I need the drink remade because I can’t drink it how it was made, and then she talked with the Barista that was making the drinks and told her that she can remake the drink with less syrup in it but the girl said that it’s going to taste exactly the same, which I then asked for a refund then since the drink wasn’t going to be made in a way that I could drink it. She then scoffed and rolled her eyes again and said that she can’t give me a refund because she doesn’t know how to do it. She then said she would remake the drink with less syrup, but at this point with how she was speaking to me, her body language with the scoffing, raising her hands up, eye rolls, I strictly just wanted a refund at this point. She partnered with the Barista working and she came over to see if she could give me a refund but she didn’t know how to do it either so they gave me a $15 gift card under something called a “Jason Comp”. I honestly don’t know if I want to come back after this experience due to how I was practically bullied by one of your staff members over a drink that I just wanted to be remade so I could enjoy it.
If possible, I would like someone to contact me to talk this situation over.

Walked in the cold to get coffee. Have a lot to get done and this is the closest coffeehouse. There is not one drop of snow on the ground. It’s 6 PM and the doors are locked… The listed hours on the door and online say that this place closes at 8:00 p.m.

Hmm… as the only larger and more readily available (hours are best & location is more accessible) coffee shop downtown on a Sunday, this was an okay place. Our barista seemed to either have a language barrier or just a stilted/slower reaction time. She was much less open to conversation and seemed to work better for regulars who know the menu and know what they want… Leant to a stiff ambience and a weird feeling overall. We all have bad days. The ginger marshmallow chai was great! Another visit of mine did reveal that their wifi is unreliable, which is a hindrance to anyone working remotely.

The nice barista gave my girlfriend her red eye in a paper cup, but gave me my double espresso in a really cute ceramic demitasse cup, complete with saucer and fancy golden demitasse spoon.
The two girls were pleasant and I appreciate a warmed muffin ❤️. I only wish you'd move your "Specialty Tea/Latte" menu near the register or backslash. I settled for a Chai and it was nice. I wanna try the BlueLion next..
