Usually a good food experience from this location. However, their new footlong churros and pretzels definitely leave something to be desired. Must just be a marketing hack, because the quality is terrible. Also, they didn't put any condiments on my last online order as requested; left off the mayo, oil & vinegar.

I ordered ahead because I had a short break I arrived to the restaurant and employee Brittney finished what she was doing leaving me standing there for several moments to find out my mobile order was not even started. Extremely slowly started putting my sandwich together I used to be a employee at subway. I was late returning to work even with a ahead notice. I was in the store for over 5-10 minutes this situation was really not fair not having enough time to eat. I let employee know I was on a break and it didn't have time it not speed the process she didn't care at all
I'm a part time uber eats driver, and this is literally the worst Subway on the west side of Cleveland. The 2 ladies who worked 06/05/23 after 8pm were so rude. They were so concerned with other people that were rude to them earlier in the day that they didn't even bother to acknowledge me while I stood there waiting for 5 minutes. Then, when customers came in, I told them I wasn't in line TO ORDER. I stepped to the side, and after more time passed and the lady decided to finally acknowledge someone, it was the people who came in after me. I said I wasn't trying to be rude, but nobody acknowledged me. She rudely and in a matter of fact tone said that I had said I wasn't in line. If I wanted to go somewhere and be treated like I wasn't there, I would go to a forest. Both of the ladies on shift tonight obviously hate their job, so if it was up to me, I'd let them go. Seek your peace.I'll never be coming back here, and if you value your time and sanity, you won't either.

Got the meatball marinara with several types of veggies. It was pretty good, only downside was that the mozzarella didn't melt fully.

This is my go to subway in my area. The ladies here are awesome. My orders are always ready on time and perfect. and they have the best prices of any subway in the area. They do not over do the mayo or other toppings and you get a very well made sub that is not a messy nightmare when you get home. Be it pick up or delivered, you'll always get a good meal for your $$$. The only tricky thing about this location is the parking, the lot is tiny and difficult, but that is about it, but worth the hassle to get in and out..
