Enjoy their subs and if you use the app you get great deals. I would not walk in and just buy a sub. Use the app. Staff sometimes has an attitude as if you are bothering them while they are watching videos on their phone. Use the app and save yourself time, money, and headaches.
Food is good, but one of the workers blasted the speakers so loud it was very uncomfortable, disturbing, and rude. Could hardly hear to take my order and it caused me ear pain.
I know some of the employees are cool and professional, my sister, who they call a VIP, are very friendly with her. I've only been here twice so I'm trying to be fair, but the atmosphere was unacceptable.
I nearly walked out, but didn't want to have to waste gas money to go somewhere else.
