As of today 05/30/2025 around 11 AM, I visited Subway for lunch and ordered a veggie sandwich on Italian bread, toasted—just like I always do. However, when I tried the sandwich, the bread was extremely hard on the outside (almost like a rock) and oddly chewy on the inside. It was very difficult to eat.
I politely asked the staff member if the bread was freshly made. Instead of offering any help, he quickly put on gloves, grabbed my sandwich to inspect it, and then blamed the issue on me—toasting it, he said, was the reason the bread became hard.
I’ve been ordering toasted sandwiches on Italian bread from Subway for years and never had this problem. This clearly wasn’t about the toasting—it felt like the bread was either stale or overbaked before it was even toasted.
What disappointed me more than the sandwich was the lack of accountability and poor customer service. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering to remake it, I was blamed for how I ordered it.

Always in a rush for point of reason. Ny subs are always messed up when theres no one in line they just want to gett food and you get out. Also they get mad when you correct them on what goes on it when you just said what you want on it. Im dont qith this subway go somewhere else for now on

Just went last evening. WOW. Ok so I was slightly flustered and it was raining super hard I was fumbling on my multiple orders and the manager (whoever was stocking for the next day) was SO KIND. He said I could take my time and helped me figure out what I needed for my second order and it was such a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Go to the one on 150 at the BP gas station !This subway at kammes corner is very poor an lazy I legit had to explain to him how to make my sandwich an on top of that he wrapped the sandwich up to where when I opened it up everything in the sub came out ...this subway should be shut down or new owners an new workers bc they do not care at all in there an it's always the same people working .....I'm so annoyed by my sandwich that I want a refund but had to get back to work !

Very Rude, Dry old bread. He doesn't take coupons.I Said okay. But won't spend as much. I got a 6 inch tuna. With Nothing on it. But 1 more slice of cheese.Was charged 1 dollor. He Hardly put 2 scoops on this 6 inch. I said don't be cheap ! He looked at me like i was stealing from him. I took the Sandwich home, itWas totally disgusting !! I Will Never go there again.??????

Ordered through Gruhub for delivery. Delivery was very timely. However, my order was only partially correct. I ordered a veggie patty on flatbread. This is what is on my receipt as well. What we received was the all veggie wrap on flatbread. No patties. When we tried to call the restaurant about it, we kept getting a recording. Never could connect with the local store that our food came from.
