Employee spoke very quietly with a heavy accent, very difficult to understand. Place was empty. Not one smile from the employee. Food was lackluster and still cold even after being roasted. Overpriced for what I got.

The worst churros I’ve ever had. It was not warm nor crispy nor sweet. It was very chewy, dried and I’m quite sure the guy forgot to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the churros.
And every subway I’ve ever been to have glass counter where you can see what they put in there and how things are prepared. But this one at the meat and cheese section, it’s covered with a big metal piece. Why?!?
Also, the portion is much less than I remember. Like MUCH less.

We were staying in the same building and thought this would be an quick place to get a bite. My sandwich was completely wrong, and when we called to let them know, we were told "sorry, I'm trying to close", at least 15 minutes before closing time. Definitely won't be back during out stay.
