I’m always in there and never have problems but this particular time i wanted cookies. When i pulled up the worker was outside smoking and he came in behind me to take my order but he did Not wash his hand before getting my cookies. When i confronted him about not washing his hands he literally started arguing with me! His attitude is horrible and he is not sanitary at all! He continued arguing over to take care of another customer that walked in and a young lady got my cookies for me. Pls do better!

I ordered on thier app today at 8:10pm and went to pick up the food ive paid for, dude working in there first told me that the order didnt come in he didnt see anything so i show him the order on my phone than he say oh just cancel it we cant make it. I was like what? Whats going on right now? This guy refuse to make my food that ive paid for and is trying everything to not make it. Its not like its a big order too its just two sanwich. He just kept repeating no im not making it. And tell us to leave and said that they are close right now (open sign on outside and they close at 9 not 8:20). Be aware of this location, really bad staff working there. Avoid this location at all cost, its not worth it.

I visited this store to get a sandwich and was met by a rude owner! I let a guy go ahead of me because I wasn't sure what I wanted yet and in return the man unknown to me requested to pay for my sandwich the owner first told him that he couldn't do that but the man insisted that he would be paying for my sandwich. The owner then proceeded to tell a worker to give me a six inch tuna sub, which was not what I ordered. The worker replied by saying that's not what he ordered, then the owner replied he doesn't get to choose,then turned to me and said " next time don't come in here begging for people to buy you a sandwich.. I was appalled! I came in the store before the man with the intention of paying for my own food! The worker, the man, and I were in shock that the owner lady had really just said that to me. The crazy part is I frequent that store and have never had an issue with payment or anything!

Deserves 0 stars! I went there at 8:30PM with a sign saying open still lit, door still unlocked, and with google saying they didn’t close till 9PM. The employee said they were closed, I asked why does it says you’re still open on google and why is the door unlocked. He asked me what time it was I told him 8:30 he then says yea that’s what time we close. Well why doesn’t it say it on google? Why is your open sign still on? Why is the door unlocked? I was flabbergasted that an employee closed business down early just because he wanted to leave at 9:00PM. I would hire someone more efficient and someone who wants to work. Things like this shouldn’t happen from a big corporation such as subway.
