No working bathroom and employees were not super helpful and very standoffish. We are visiting from out of town and expected better hospitality since everyone so far in Cleveland has been great thus far.

I placed an order on the app for a BOGO deal they were promoting. Two sandwiches exactly the same. When I arrived at the store the employee working said she never received my order. I showed her my app confirmation and had her look up my order number. She was no help. I ended up having her make my one sandwich and paying for it AGAIN. She would not honor the app BOGO deal. Very very poor customer service. When she tried to reach a manager she was unable.

She’s very rude and nasty. This is my third time coming to her place and she would not serve me. She’s act like she busy behind the corner. There is no customer but me she just race and I’m from Africa I never seen somebody this rude. She know I’m running late for work and she would not give me my sandwich because I’m black.

Our office order subs online went to get the order got back to the office only to see that our sandwiches had little to no items nothing but mostly bread , we figured it’s a Friday we will call them Monday. We called and the lady that answered said that’s our problem basically we were lying and refused to accommodate the situation. We have photos and all and she still called us lairs ! Do not order online especially if you are ordering for your business if you are not there have them make it correct it will not be made correctly and you will be blamed and called a liar

Spinach was wilted, tomatoes were green. Wouldn’t accept coupon. Remember the $5 foot long, how about $10.49. Next time I’ll pack my own lunch.

I went for lunch today I waited in line for nearly 40 minutes. only one employee was present; she struggled to keep up. An employee came in after the line had died down. the mature lady who previously worked there kept things straight. It has gone to hell in a hand basket ! Please bring her back

We were refused dine in in a vague way.The executive working there named Shivani was rude to us didn’t even change gloves, used the same gloves for both veg and non-veg order. Even used the same knife for but. Very bad experience. I wished that was a place for zero star option. Very Rude and unprofessional serving!

All your going to pay for is dry bread and lettuce and it will cost you 8 dollars for a 4 inch sandwich. Owners please stop tripping on portions because there taking it too far and basically not putting anything on our sandwiches (such as tuna) to stretch it out for their shift.Somebody please open a fast food in the area I would even take a hotdogs stand. Uncle Jojo is close but too busy and my luch is too short and unplanned
