The food was incredible! Every dish was packed with rich, bold flavors. The butter chicken was creamy and perfectly spiced, and the biryani had just the right amount of heat. The naan was fresh, warm, and super soft, perfect for scooping up all that delicious sauce. If you’re looking for an authentic Indian meal, this place is a
must visit.

The food is DELICIOUS!
As a tourist from Toronto (a huge food city and known for Indian food), the dishes were very tasty. Lots of spices and flavours. Reminded me of the great Indian food back in Toronto. Next time I’m in Cleveland, I will be eating here.
The restaurant atmosphere dine in was ok. It’s a nice space but they could do SO much more with it to encourage more eat in diners. Make this into a cozy spot combined with this amazing food and it would be the perfect dine in experience!

I ordered paneer biryani but received a dish with some chicken pieces instead. This was very disappointing, especially as I don’t eat meat. I hope the restaurant can improve their order accuracy in the future."

Absolutely delicious!!! Our server was very kind and all food was great! We had the chaat (our favorite) and chili gobi as well as paneer masala and chicken korma and masala chai to drink! I can recommend every dish we tried! Atmosphere was cozy and cute! We’ll be back <3

They take too long to deliver the orders this gives a very bad experience in my opinion if they don’t have staff they should announce it either through the web or when receiving you in the restaurant.
My personal favorite Indian restaurant in Cleveland!!! I swear anytime I try anywhere else I say "I wish I got Tandul instead!"

Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered Uber eats today and my order was perfectly prepared. I ordered butter chicken (spicy), mango lassi', and nann. The food was good a little too spicy but that's what I asked for. I really enjoyed the lassi' the consistency was smooth and rich. Also, I absolutely love the plastic cups they use for their drinks they so modern similar to a coffee cup. Lastly, the portion was much more than expected. I eat Indian food regularly and I've noticed that the portions seem to be the same no matter where I order but here the portions are generous.
Easily the best Indian Restaurant's I've visited in recent times after coming to US.
They've various types of food.
You should definitely try their special chicken biryani , easily their best one out of the whole menu.

I’m not a type to leave a negative review but I have spent over a thousand dollars at your restaurant in the past few years so I have enough experience to share. First off consistency over the past year has been all over the place- the same dishes looking and tasting completely different at times a lot of time way watered down vs the chunky rich consistency anyone is used to. My partner and I were discussing giving this place one more chance before this last experience.
This time was our last straw however. Within the first few bites a very strong flavor of women’s perfume was evident. We thought to ourselves maybe it’s just a spice that is overbearing but within a few bites we couldn’t eat anymore from our $60 worth of food. The nan was so stale we could barely chew it. There were whole inedible peppers and bay leaves still in the food and looking closer I found a few little pieces of tin foil! How pleasant!! I call today to inform them that our take out meal was inedible and the lady answering simply says just remind us the next time you fall in food so i can “tell the chefs to cook it correctly”.
The straw that broke the camels
Back came on my third bathroom visit today… I eat Indian all the time and don’t have this issue in case your wondering. If I were a restaurant owner I would be embarrassed by all of this- Complete negligence on behalf of the cook and lady who answered my call which was originally a courtesy call to just tell them about the perfume taste in their food. Not spending another dollar with you guys, hopefully this helps someone else to find some quality Indian food!

My time at Tandul. We ordered Tikka masala, Biryani, naan and samosas, by far one of the best Tikka masala and biryani I had. The resturant is very clean and has very good vibe. Our server, Monika was so sweet, courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend this place.
