The staff at Terrace Club is AWESOME! We love starting (and sometimes ending) a day at Progressive Field in The Terrace Club. Every employee that we come in contact with goes above and beyond simple service. We will definitely miss it next season!
This was my second experience, and it was a great one. We really enjoyed our evening. The waitress was fun and interesting. We love staying there and eating while we watch the game. We will be doing this again.
its really a shame and sad that this is the last season for the Terrace Club which is being replaced by outdoor type of trendy seating and concessions. Where else can seniors, handicapped people and people who just want to enjoy dinner and watch a game in a controlled temperature environment with an outstanding view. It is a huge mistake by the Cleveland Guardians and Delaware North Food Service to let this now be a memory.
