The staff here is terrific. From entering the Arena to navigating your way around to the service people. Everyone is polite, delightful and ready to help. I was very impressed with the staff here. We had a suite for the TSO show. Eighteen people. There were a few snafus, but we dealt with it and they made good when I brought it to the attention of the Suite manager. First, it isn't called Quicken Loans Arena anymore. It is now Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. They spent a fortune on a full renovation and it really paid off. Everything about it is just beautiful and it makes attending events just a little more fun! Well done!
