The Aviator Cleveland Reviews
Food wasn't bad, the desserts were lacking.. but I am posting a review in regards to the service. Assuming she was a manager- but she was snarky and rude. Granted I messed up my reservation by adding one 12 year old child to it, her attitude ruined the experience before I could enjoy the ambience. Whenever I make reservations, I never include the 1 year old as a seated dinner- instead I add a comment in the notes. This "manager" said to me "well yea he is a person" in a very unprofessional...read full review
Went for Sunday Brunch. The food was very good. The best part was the staff. They were very welcoming. Janette did a wonderful job. Never hovering; just made sure are needs were met. Everyone of the staff were smiling and kind. Thank you for the excellent food and service.
10/10 dining experience. My group and I had 20 reserved and they made us a personalized sign for direction to the room and personalized menus. Staff were amazing and friendly, food was delicious and atmosphere was beautifully themed and clean. Highly recommended and I will be returning regularly ❤️

The Aviator Cleveland offers a pleasant dining experience with good food and attentive service. The rooftop bar and patio, overlooking Cleveland Hopkins Airport, create a nice atmosphere. The staff, including Janette and others, are welcoming and friendly, making guests feel comfortable. Guests often appreciate the personalized touches, like a sign guiding them to their reserved room and personalized menus for special occasions. The restaurant is also suitable for events, offering memorable experiences. The large seating areas accommodate many guests, and the food was generally really good, including dishes like macaroni and steak. The Sunday brunch is well organized with hot items, salads, and desserts separated for easier access, along with made-to-order options like omelets and shrimp and grits. The fruit tray features plenty of berries and a variety of fruits, not your standard Ohio fruit bowl. However, some visitors noted that the place can be very loud, making conversation difficult. Service received mixed reviews; one guest mentioned that a manager was snarky and rude, especially when adjusting a bill for a 12-year-old, which slightly marred the experience. Despite this, the overall atmosphere remains lively and busy, often hosting events like private ladies luncheons. While some areas for improvement exist, The Aviator Cleveland continues to be a good spot to enjoy good food, friendly service, and a nice view.
