I had high hopes for this restaurant, but was really disappointed. The food was good, but the service was slow even though there weren't many customers. The server forgot to bring our drinks, they were out of multiple things and then our bill was incorrect in the end.

Came to give them plenty of time before closing for the evening and ended up taking way over a hour to get served, couldn’t remember drinks when asked multiple times and it’s after the time of closing at this point came for a quick bag for some good seafood and turned into a terrible experience.

Fist time at the Boiler 65 with my family, Only had 2 customers. Place was empty and it took several minutes to seat us. Than when we were ready to order to a long time to take our orders. I ordered the perched fish dinner, wayyyyyy to salty, season fries tasted like a bottle of salt poured all over. My faviorte fried green tomatoes were also too salty. My daughter's dinner seafood pasta also too salty. Now i understand why the restaurant was empty. Restaurant next door was packed. Next time ill go to the Blue Habenareo restaurant.

Waited almost 20 minutes to be acknowledged/seated. Was seated for an additional 10 minutes without ever being greeted. No water, silverware, or service was provided but there were plenty of employees standing around doing nothing. Very unpleasant/unwelcoming atmosphere.

Went to take my daughter out to dinner. The entire restaurant was empty when I went in. There was 5 tables that came in after me. Every one had food before us! So bad that after an hour of waiting for food… we walked out. Still hungry!! This was absolutely unacceptable! I’ll never go there again!

Plenty of room for party's and music, TV, really friendly environment kids love the room to run and play,good food fried tomatoes yummy!

Charged a “party fee” of 18% for our group of 7 people which was separate from the gratuity. The service was extremely slow and the quality of the food has dropped drastically from when the restaurant first opened.

Went to go into the restaurant and the door was locked, we seen three workers thru the open windows singing, laughing and dancing. We yelled thru the open windows and not one of their employees came to see why the door was locked or why we were trying to get their attention. I called to tell them what happened and the worker apologized, 1st impression.
