Legit worst dining experience ever. Fire alarm was going off. Waitress flagged us over from the other side of the restaurant instead of walking up, greeting us and the. Taking us to the table. She didn’t greet us at all. Just said, I’ll be back. The place was empty. But service was slow. I ordered a salad. She brought the salad out but said she was out of ranch and asked what other dressing I wanted. If I’d knew there was no ranch I would have order something different. I guess I’ll take Caesar for my garden salad??? She then came back and magically found some ranch. Never again! No wonder the place was empty. Don’t waste your time

We were going to go to the Mexican restaurant next door, but then saw and wanted seafaood. The place had very few customers, but was very nice inside. We sat at the bar and ordered bottled beer (no drafts). A cool young lady explained how to order a boil, which was a first for us. I had corn, potatoes, shrimp and turkey sausage with OG Butta sauce and baby spice. It came out in a bag and was fabulous. We even watched Armageddon while we ate. I would love to return.

Love this place! Eat take out or dine-in at least once a month. Best seafood bags and soul rolls!

BRING YOUR OWN CRAB CRACKERS ! How is this place selling shell fish with no crackers ? The menu has changed drastically since my last visit very limited menu with above market prices. There was no hostess, our server Jocelyn didn’t have a very positive attitude but how could she when everything in the restaurant is down hill … menu items unavailable no CRAB LEG CRACKERS, she was very short spent most of her time at the bar talking . Food came out warm bags were missing items but by this time there wasn’t any more time to continue to complain after waiting 40 mins for catfish nuggets app and a hour 15 for bags with a empty restaurant! It’s obvious the owners and staff have given up on the restaurant at this point your just wasting customers time and money ! Will not return EVER

BEWARE!I ate here and should have read the reviews first!The food took an hour, just for a salad and some fries. The drinks were watered down. The food is NOT SEASONED! The duo bag I had was just spicy. Not a speck of garlic, salt, nothing. The pictures are deceiving. You think you are getting a bag seasoned with Old Bay, but it is a brown spicy paste.

It started off good. The restaurant was not very busy. I ordered a glass of wine. Said 6 dollars but they charged me 10 dollars. I ordered the most expensive dish on the menu, the bang bang platter. The lobster came fried which was not listed on the menu. The shrimp were cold. They were out of two things that we wanted to order. Believe it or not... they don't offer utensils to crack the crab. The waitress said that 400 pairs had been stolen!! They give you plastic forks to eat with. People must have taken the forks as well. We asked for separate checks and the waitress divided it down the middle. We spent 15 minutes dealing with the check while speaking to the manager snd cook. The cook had to double check the menu to verify the lobster was not supposed to be fried. It was a complete s*** show. I will never go back and do not recommend this restaurant. I see them closing down soon.

Stopped in for lunch right at opening today and we were greeted very warmly by Jay! Our meals were wonderful and even as more customers came in Jay continued to provide great service! Highly recommend you pay a visit to Boiler 65 when in Cleveland!! Thanks Jay!

Servers more interested in street gossip than getting your order right. For $60 bucks my seafood bag should be perfect. Flavor flat and missing shrimp. My one and only visit!

I was so nervous to try this place based on reviews but I'm so glad I did! The food was BOMB!! Like top notch and the service was good. Definitely try this place if you like seafood shakes. :p

The food were good. The server was nice. Unfortunately, no seafood crackers and picks for the crabs. Service was real slow. There was only one waiter. Our drinks were forgotten, so it took about half an hour to get our drinks..our food within the hour.

Horrible. I understand we are in a pandemic and people are short staffed but we brought a party of 10 people and were the third table to be seated at 3:45 on Saturday. We didn't get our appetizers and drinks until 5:15-5:30. Some people never even got their drinks. Our waitress bless her, was obviously not fit for this job. She was confused and moved slow the whole time. My friend asked what kind of pop you had and she explained it was in a can. That's on your menu that all pops are in cans! My friend was referring to the flavors. The bills were wrong and all of the orders were wrong. People of smaller parties even walked out due to poor service.

I didnt want to disrespect myself by putting a one star rating. The wait was 45 mins longer than the 30mins that we were there already. No one came to us to give us an update on being seated or on the time that we had already been there. We had to go over to the workers and ask. The workers were standing around talking like they had nothing to do or any patrons to take care of. I've never eaten there before and now I definitely don't want to. I don't appreciate going to an establishment and being ignored when I'm going to spend my hard earned money. I don't recommend going to this place all because of the horrible service and being neglected. Maybe you'll have a different experience, keep your fingers crossed and a backup plan

The quality of crab is good. But other than that I didn't like anything. The service was very subpar. The taste of my bag was just season salt and hot. I was so upset I paid $70 for a bag I really didn’t want to eat. Not to mention they don’t provide crab crackersWe also order Long Island ice teas. The first drink had black stuff floating everywhere. The server made another one, it started separating before he gave it to me. I stirred the drink within 5 mins the whole drink was separated.I’m never going back.

I don’t ever leave reviews..BUT…We Expected more from such a “high end” place! My husband traveled over an hour for take out bc we wanted to try it and waited about two hours or more for our order (wasn’t even busy) for them to give him half the order then waited another 30-40 min for the rest when we opened the boxes the “2 piece catfish” was only ONE piece and all fries!! Tried calling numerous times and no answer!! Disappointed is an understatement!! What a waste of time and money!! ??
