The food was awful. I got the soup of the day and crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer. Soup was inedible. Brussels sprouts were the worst I ever had. Front desk host took a long time to sit me. I sat for about 15-20min before a server asked me for my drink order. First time I’ve ever left a restaurant without eating any of the food I ordered.

If you’re looking for hotel restaurant food this will do it for you. If you’re looking for a date night out I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not very intimate. The food was okay. The ravioli seemed like it wasn’t freshly made. The burger was okay but partially burnt.If you are staying at the hotel and need a bite it’s not bad, just don’t come for a date.

We had the breakfast buffet at Burnham in Cleveland. We stayed at the Hilton Downtown. It's on the 2nd floor of the Hilton.Opened at 6:30am. Food was amazing. Fruit was so fresh. Beverages are included. Orange juice tasted just squeezed. Our service was great! If you're looking for a place for breakfast in downtown Cleveland, I highly recommend The Burnham.

The Burnham claims to have vegan options. I learned first-hand that this is false. The closest thing they have to vegan is a tiny kale salad that has cheese on it that isn't in the menu description. Epic fail. If you are vegan, do not eat here.

This whole hotel is beautiful but it really is elegantly decorated for the holidays. The staff at the restaurant were amazing from the hostess to our waiter. My fiancé got the breakfast buffet, and I got the blueberry waffles. The food was excellent. The service excellent experience. The whole staff at this hotel was very welcoming. Where the hotel is located, downtown makes it very convenient to get around, we just called Uber. The view from my room was awesome, we were staying on the 15th floor. I added some pictures so others can see and form their own opinion if this is a place you would enjoy. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

They charged $32 a person for a brunch buffet that you could get at a 3 star hotel. They automatically add a 18.75% gratuity to your bill even though it's a buffet, you have no server. Everything is self serve, even clearing your plates. They only have staff changing out the food in the buffet.

It is a nice place to have a meal. My group was very pleased we had burgers, caesar salad, french onion soup etc and drinks. All good will go back, great hotel restaurant/bar.
Valerie at the hostess table was truly amazing making sure we were accommodated when we had shown up a little early to our reservation! The restaurant was packed due to the Browns Steelers game but she made it work!

Stayed and ate here as part of a conference. Buffet breakfast nothing out of the ordinary. Sad french toast pieces sweating on each other, very dried out bacon.Dinner was able to order burger off Menu from the bar next door.Very average food.Service was always excellent.

For $30 a person I can't say it was worth it. Waiting 15 minutes for more food to be brought out on a buffet was not good. Food variety was lacking especially for the cost. I have been to many Hilton hotels so I was a little let down by this restaurant. The cost just really surprised me. I know it's downtown but wow...

Not very good, it's in hotel and the ambiance is like a diner and the food way too much sauce, flat and messy. Similar to diner but just very very amateur and not in a good way. We checked in late and didn't want to leave hotel to eat since we were tired but my next trip in we will definitely jump in Uber n go somewhere else.
