In the Hilton. Mediocre food and rest. Service was below expectations
What a difference a week makes from stellar service to this week’s mediocrity. Buffet is anything but meh, and the burrito, which was my fav, was not even something I could order yesterday at 10 am on a Saturday. Today (Sunday) was equally bad. The host has zero decorum and couldn't comprehend that children do not necessarily follow instructions and can seat themselves. I get that they are busy, but understanding hospitality is paramount.

Based on the reviews, The Burnham Restaurant offers good service with attentive staff who give wonderful recommendations. The pricing is very reasonable. Food options include a pot roast sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, side caesar salad, smash burger, trout plate, ragu sauce, Brussel sprouts, chick pea salad, and a turkey sandwich. Some dishes like the fried chicken sandwich were described as not cooked fresh and underwhelming, but the flavor was good. The trout plate was excellent and well executed. The ragu sauce was a little too much on the starch. The overall experience can be amazing, with the manager checking on guests. The food came out very fast.
