Cute hole in the wall espresso bar with friendly staff and excellent coffee. The barista asked my taste preferences and I agreed to a surprise: she came up with an incredible latte! Great experience.

I used to live in statler a decade ago, so I knew this coffee shop when it was inside. I used to go down there every morning and order a a cold chocolate drink. Didn’t matter what type as long as it doesn’t have caffeine. Me, James and Josh used to chat for a couple of hours, about anything.
It’s some of my treasured memories.

When you think of local downtown coffee shop, this is it ! Amazing and delicious coffee!!

This is my favorite coffee place by far! The staff are always so kind and fun to be around. Plus, they are very efficient, their drinks never disappoint, and the prices are hard to beat.

Saturday morning I went to your new coffee shop i did order chai latte , she made the chai latte, but when I had a sip , the coffee tasted like water. I didn’t like the coffee . So that I threw the coffee in the garbage. There was a man sitting inside , he started to fight with me , I didnt understand for a second why he’s fighting with me . He repeatedly screaming that was disrespectful, i haven’t even said anything to the employee , i paid for my drink , if I don’t like my drink , I can throw it any where . The employeee she said, you have to leave coffee shop I don’t want to come to your coffee shop shop. James he make best coffee that’s why I am going to that coffee shop . Starbucks make very good coffee compare to her coffee.

Good service, not worth it though.. See picture below.. I bought a large hot chocolate for takeaway (should be 20oz). Pictured was as soon as I got home over half empty, not even the size of a small coffee cup. I didn't realize paying extra for whipped cream would mean thats basically all i get. Edit - after drinking, no flavor at all to the hot chocolate...

Edit - Their reply "cough, bs". Very mature.. How can you call 'bs' when I have uploaded a photo.. Pretty much what I would expect from them though... Down to 1star for proving even the customer service is terrible.

Edit - Watch out with this guy, he has now resorted to giving me a bad review on my coaching page! Very small and petty, pretty much what I’d expect from a terrible place like this! Good work James Orlando. I posted proof of my poor quality drink. Would love to see proof that my coaching is subpar. Keyboard warriors these days too scared to even message you directly.

This place was absolutely delicious. I came in not knowing what I wanted, told them what I do like and they truly impressed me. The staff was really nice and helpful. Delicious, I will go there again!

Its the only place downtown I will come to get my coffee from. Friendly welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Great coffee and even better conversation. This is truly a gem of downtown Cleveland.

Perfect dirty Chai

Wonderful coffee shop. I find it worthwhile to support local coffee shops especially when they are still pulling espresso shots by hand. The coffee is smooth and the drinks are creative. The owner is always making new drinks by asking customers simple questions and his creations are brilliant. He's always making people feel like they belong. If you're looking for a not so typical experience, a long time locally owned business, and straight up deliciousness, you found the right spot.

Don't let the trolls fool you while they bomb our local businesses with their self serving negativity from out of state, people who have never been here. Your mother's should slap you, brats. Get over yourselves and stay outta our town.
