Food took a while to make, despite being the only person there, but that's not a huge concern since I had time. But the person prepping my food forgot my juice order, which apparently takes another 10 minutes to prepare, because they have to thaw it out because all their juice is frozen. It's "fresh" in that it's frozen after being squeezed at some point and then warmed up when you order it. By the time I finally got my juice it had been over 20 minutes...

I Haven’t been here in 7 years and it was located in Tower City at the time, but I know when i come visit, this is one of the smoothie establishments I’ll visit. I got something with pineapple, it was sweet, it was tart, most importantly it tasted fresh like it wasn’t made with a powder and syrup. Before Main Squeeze, Liquid Planet was the bar for me, but Main Squeeze dethroned Liquid Planet as soon as i tried that pineapple smoothie.

They have the best smoothies in the city. Every smoothie is made with fresh fruits and vegetables and you can customize your smoothie with healthy supplements. They don’t use artificial flavors, syrups, etc.
